I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kyoto. the location couldn't be better - it is very close to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. They were equipped with massage chairs, which was a wonderful bonus after a long day of exploring. this hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering when visiting Kyoto.

For breakfast, it would have been better if there were clearer instructions on how to access it with our room number. Additionally, at check-in, the young night time staff didn't provide any information about the hotel's amenities or how to use the elevator with the key card.
